One of the things we're genuinely proud of is roasting our own beans in-house. Why? Because it guarantees every cup we serve is fresh, full of flavor, and true to our signature profile.


Plus, by sourcing directly from local farmers in Benguet, we're not just making better coffee—we're supporting the communities that grow it.

Oh, and if you’re into the geeky side of coffee (like we are), here’s a fun fact: we roast our beans using a ROEST roaster straight from Oslo, Norway.


This little machine is a game-changer, it’s super precise, fully automated, and lets us dial in the perfect roast every time. It gives us full control over temperature, airflow, and time, so we can bring out the best in every bean. Plus, it saves all our roast profiles, so consistency? Locked in.


Basically, it’s like the Tesla of coffee roasting, and we love it.
