When I say we're serious about perfecting The Pod's coffee menu, I really mean it. We even went all the way to La Marzocco, Berlin to get professional advice on how to calibrate our beans for the best possible espresso extraction.

From calibrating the Pico grinder to get the exact amount of ground beans, to dialing in espresso shots with precise timing and volume, thanks to the La Marzocco team, we've learned how to truly master the process.

I thought I already knew a lot about making coffee, but I was surprised by how much more there was to learn. The team showed us things I hadn't considered, not just about coffee itself, but also how the water you use, the milk, and even things like syrups can have a big impact on the final taste.
